2: Split 18 bourbon biscuits in half to use for lining the base and top.

3: Place 18 split biscuits in the base of the tin, BOURBON side down.

4: Roughly chop the remaining biscuits and set aside.

5: In a bowl, combine double cream, condensed milk, and vanilla bean paste.

6: Sift cocoa powder over the mixture and beat until soft to medium peaks.
