Hot Chocolate Truffles

1: Break and chop the chocolate into pieces and place in a medium heat proof bowl with the double cream.

2: Gently heat the mixture either in a microwave or over a pan of simmering water, stirring occasionally until melted and combined.

3: Stir in the marshmallows, allowing most to dissolve while leaving some whole.

4: Place the bowl in the fridge to chill and set.

5: Once chilled, scoop balls of the mixture with a teaspoon and roll into balls between your palms.

6: Coat the truffles in drinking chocolate flakes.

7: Place the finished truffles back in the fridge.

8: Store in the fridge for a few weeks or freeze for a few months.
