Instructions

1: Place the double cream and condensed milk in a bowl.

2: Fill the empty condensed milk can with 300g of peanut butter and transfer half into the bowl with the cream mixture.

3: Beat with an electric beater until combined and peaks form.

4: Fold in the nutty granola and the remaining peanut butter to create a ripple.

5: Transfer to a Proper Nutty 1kg peanut butter tin or a freezer-proof container.

6: Freeze until the ice cream has fully set.
