Rocky Road to Mars

1: Set aside 6 of the chocolate covered digestives for decoration.

2: Set aside half of the dark chocolate (100g) to melt for coating.

3: Break and chop the remaining chocolate.

4: In a medium saucepan, warm the golden syrup and butter until the butter melts.

5: Add the chopped chocolate and stir until smooth and combined.

6: Separate the biscuits into varying crumbs and set aside half for decoration.

7: Stir the crushed biscuits, maltesers, glace cherries, and chopped mars bars into the chocolate mixture.

8: Divide the mixture into the tin, placing 6 lindor chocolates in the core of half the rocky roads.

9: Cover the lindor chocolates with the chocolate mixture and top with the reserved digestives.

10: Refrigerate to set, then remove from the tin and let them come to room temperature.

11: Melt the set aside 100g dark chocolate for decorating.

12: Paint the melted chocolate over the rocky road domes and sprinkle with biscuit crumbs and edible gold dust.
