Vegan Anzac Koalas

1: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2: In a bowl, mix together the porridge oats, desiccated coconut, plain flour, golden caster sugar, and bicarbonate of soda.

3: Melt the dairy-free butter and golden syrup together in a saucepan, then combine with the dry ingredients.

4: Add the water to the mixture and stir until well combined.

5: Shape the mixture into koala faces and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

6: Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

7: Once cooled, decorate with sunflower seeds and dark chocolate to create the koala features.
